Can you actually make money with print on demand?
Yes, but some products are far easier to make money on than others.
Take t-shirts and mugs. Everyone sells them, margins are tight, and there’s no perceived high value. You’re competing with thousands of other sellers on price and it’s a race to the bottom.
Jewellery is a completely different story. People buy jewellery as a gift for someone they love and they expect to pay a premium for something that feels special. Nobody wants to give their wife or husband a cheap £3.99 necklace.
Our products are priced to give resellers strong, realistic margins whilst remaining at price points customers are genuinely happy to pay for a personalised gift. The result is consistently over 60% margins across our entire range, more than enough to build a profitable, sustainable business.
Will the quality be good enough or will I end up with bad reviews?
Our jewellery is manufactured by an experienced jewellery manufacturer with many years of producing quality pieces. Every item is vacuum plated, made from 316 grade stainless steel, fully waterproof, hypoallergenic, and guaranteed not to discolour, the kind of quality your customers will wear and keep.

How fast will my customers receive their order?
We take a maximum of 2 days to get your order out of the door. So if a customer orders on a Monday, their order leaves our facility by Wednesday at the latest, often sooner.
From there it’s in the hands of the courier, which typically means another couple of days for standard delivery. So most customers receive their order within 4 to 5 days of placing it. Our detailed shipping information can be found here
Need it faster? We also offer next day courier options for those last minute gifting moments, because someone always forgets an anniversary.
What happens if a customer isn't happy with their order?
Ah, returns the bane of every POD seller’s life. Well, let’s take that pain away.
Our jewellery is genuinely good and returns are rare. But they happen, and here’s where we’re different from most POD companies. Normally personalised products are non-returnable. We don’t operate that way.
We understand that protecting your store’s reputation is everything. One unhappy customer leaving a 1-star review on Etsy can do real damage and getting into a dispute with a customer over a return makes it worse. So we’ve removed that headache entirely.
If a customer wants to return a product within 7 days of receipt we’ll take it back and give you a full refund less the shipping cost. Simple as that.

Every company thinks their software is easy to use. We think ours is too but, we also know that everyone starts somewhere, and what feels simple to us might feel overwhelming to someone who’s never done POD before.
So we’ve covered every base. We have detailed, beginner friendly video tutorials that walk you through everything step by step. Most people never need anything else.
